This poster illustrates women equality in the form of paper dolls in different uniforms and dress codes representing different occupations; Business suit (lawyer, businesswoman, politician), football attire (sportswoman), doctor’s coat (surgeon, nurse, doctor), army uniform (military personnel), fireman gear (civil servant), chef costume (cook).
Wearing the same uniform with the same qualifications, women can reject notions of inequality at the workplace and be as professional as men.
